摘　　要：通过对典型第三方物流企业物流金融业务开展情况的调研,结合农产品物流金融区别于其他物流金融的相关特征,重点分析了物流企业在开展农产品物流金融业务中面临的风险因素,并提出了相应的防范措施。In this paper,through surveying the logistics financial businesses launched by typical TPL enterprises and in connection with the characteristics differentiating agricultural produce logistics finance from other types of logistics finance,we analyzed emphatically the risk factors in the operation of agricultural produce logistics financial businesses and gave the corresponding preventive measures.
