摘　　要：阐述了建设广东国际航运中心遇到的人才"短板"的问题,找出其产生的原因,最后提出培养航运高端复合型人才的对策,以期对广东国际航运中心的建设有借鉴意义。In this paper,we studied the barrel effect of talent shortage in the construction of Guangdong international shipping centers,found the causes,and finally proposed the countermeasures to cultivate the high-end composite shipping talent.
