摘　　要：首先阐述了城市配送对城市经济、环境和社会外部不经济性的影响,并对国内外促进城市配送绿色化发展的模式措施进行了综述。其次,对城市配送所面临的问题及原因进行了分析,在此基础上,对构建城市绿色配送体系思路进行了设计。最后,给出了促进城市配送绿色化发展的对策建议。In this paper,we first introduced the influence of urban distribution upon urban economy,urban environment and social external diseconomy as well as the measures adopted domestically and abroad to promote the green urban distribution mode,then analyzed the problems encountered ant the causes,and finally put forward the suggestions and countermeasures to promote the development of green urban distribution.
