摘　　要：指出我国第三方物流在服务理念、内容和方式上有所突破、创新,而且在理念上应有所突破,重要的是区分功能物流和一体性物流在业务性质、运作目标和客户关系的不同之处,在这一认识的基础上大力创新物流服务内容和服务方式。In this paper,we pointed out that the TPL enterprises of China should break through and innovate in the understanding,content and method of service,and to make the breakthrough an important things was to clarify the differenc between the nature,objective and customer relationship between functiona-based logistics and integrated logistics,on the basis of which we should promote forcibly the innovation of the content and method of logistics services.
