摘　　要：在界定区域物流供给与物流需求的基础上,分析了影响区域物流供给和需求的主要因果关系,并建立了区域物流供需的系统动力学模型,利用该模型仿真模拟了天津市物流业供给和需求之间相互影响的动态过程,最终得到实现区域物流供需平衡的物流业增长率的理论最优值,从而为地区确定合理的物流业增长率目标提供理论上的参考。In this paper we analyzed the main cause-effect relations influencing the supply and demand of regional logistics,established for it a system dynamic model,used the model to simulate the dynamic process of the mutual influence between the supply and demand of the logistics industry of Tianjin,and finally derived the theoretical optimal value of the growth rate of the logistics industry for the balanced development of the regional logistics.
