摘　　要：首先概述了基于低碳经济的电子商务服务提供商物流配送发展现状及其结构形式,接着分析了低碳经济下电子商务服务提供商物流配送体系规划和建设中存在的问题,即物流配送模式的规划选择不当、与电子商务业务开展要求相符合的物流配送基础比较薄弱、配送方案中的信息化程度较低以及专业物流配送人才的缺失等,最后针对上述存在问题并结合相关理论提出了加强和提高低碳经济下电子商务服务提供商物流配送体系建设水平和质量的建议和对策。In this paper,we first introduced the current status,as well as structure and forms,of the logistics and distribution businesses of e-commerce service providers based on low-carbon economy,then analyzed the problems in the planning and construction of the logistics and distribution system,and finally in view of the problems proposed suggestions and countermeasures to improve the level and quality of the construction of logistics and distribution systems of e-commerce service providers under low-carbon economy.
