西部能源物流服务系统信息化管理的策略研究

摘　　要：通过对能源物流系统信息化现状的分析,提出了能源供应链上不同类别企业不仅要明确各自物流信息系统的本质特点及各类信息系统间的相互联系,而且为了协调供应链上企业的管理活动及重视能源相关企业和部门的社会责任,能源生产企业、能源物流服务企业、用能部门应围绕物流管理的主体企业,共同构建能源物流公共信息平台的发展思路,并在此基础上提出了相应的管理策略。In this paper,we pointed out that enterprises along the energy supply chain should not only understand the characteristics of their own logistics information system as well as the inter-relationship between information systems of different kinds,but,to better coordinate the management and activity of the enterprises and to place emphasis upon the social responsibility of relevant enterprises and departments,the energy manufacturing enterprises,energy logistics service enterprises and energy consumer departments should jointly establish a public energy logistics information platform,on the basis of which we proposed the corresponding management strategies.
