摘  要:【目的】研究内源多胺在蟠桃果实发育过程中的变化。【方法】对石河子地区主栽蟠桃品种贵妃红进行自花、异花授粉,并以天然授粉为对照,采用高效液相色谱法测定不同授粉方式下贵妃红果实发育过程中多胺含量的变化。【结果】在贵妃红果实发育过程中,亚精胺(Spd)、腐胺(Put)和精胺(Spm)的含量变化均呈现先增加再减小的趋势,在果实授粉后第6周达到最大;且果实发育过程中亚精胺(Spd)、腐胺(Put)的含量始终明显高于精胺(Spm);自花、异花授粉后的果实发育过程中的内源多胺水平均高于天然授粉。【结论】在蟠桃品种贵妃红果实发育开始,自花、异花授粉以及天然授粉组合的多胺水平差别不大,但是在授粉后,异花授粉组合的果产内源多胺的合成速度明显增高,在果实的发育后期,多胺的水平迅速下降。[ Objective ] In order to research the changes of polyamines contents in flat peach / almond. [ Method ] Main cultivars growing in Shihezi region (Guifeihong) were treated for self - , cross - pollination with natural pollination as control to survey the changes of polyamines contents of the fruits by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). [ Result] The result showed that the contents of Spd, Put and Spm presented a first increased and then decreased tendency. These three PAs all achieved the max after the sixth weeks of pollination. Spd and Put were obviously higher than those of Spin in fruit development process. Polyamine content in fruits after self-, cross -pollination was higher than that by natural pollination. [Conclusion] The polyamine level of self, cross- pollination and natural pollination combination were not different in the fruit development beginning of Guifeihong. The synthesis speed rate of fruit endogenous polyamine was significantly higher in cross - pollination combination. The level of polyamines was declined rapidly in late stage of fruit.
