参松养心胶囊联合胺碘酮对慢性心力衰竭伴室早患者生活质量影响的研究

摘　　要：目的:观察参松养心胶囊联合胺碘酮对慢性心力衰竭伴室早患者生活质量的影响。方法:选择64例慢性心力衰竭伴室早患者,随机分为2组,在强心、利尿及血管扩张药治疗的基础上,治疗组服用参松养心胶囊和胺碘酮,对照组服用胺碘酮。观察治疗前后的临床疗效、左室射血分数和明尼苏达心衰量表评分的变化。结果:总有效率治疗组为87.5%,对照组为56.3%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗前的左室射血分数比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);治疗后2组均有提高,与治疗前比较,差异有显著性或非常显著性意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),但治疗组更加明显(P<0.01)。2组治疗前明尼苏达心衰量表评分比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);治疗后2组均有下降,与治疗前比较,差异有显著性或非常显著性意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),但治疗组更加明显(P<0.01)。结论:参松养心胶囊联合胺碘酮治疗慢性心力衰竭伴室早患者的疗效优于单用胺碘酮,并可明显改善患者的心功能和提高生活质量。Objective： To assess effect of Shensong Yangxin capsule combined with amiodarone on quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure complicated with ventricular extrasystole. Methods： Sixty-four chronic heart failure patients complicated with ventricular extrasystole were randomly divided into two groups. All of the patients were given conventional therapy of heart failure, and additionally the control group Was treated with oral use of amiodarone, and the treatment group with oral ues of Shensong Yangxin capsule and amiodarone. The efficacy, left ventricular ejection fraction and Minnesota heart failure scale score for quality of life were observed before treatment and after treatment for 4 weeks. Results： After treatment for 4 weeks, the total effective rate was 56.3% in the control group and 87.5% in the treatment group, the difference being significant （P 〈 0.05）. Before treatment, the differences of left ventricular ejection fraction and Minnesota heart failure scale score for quality of life were insignificnat between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. After treatment for 4 weeks, the left ventricular ejection fraction and the score were significantly improved in both groups （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01）, and the improvement was superior in the treatment group to that in the control group （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion： Shensong Yangxin capsule combined with amiodarone could significantly improve heart function and the quality of life of chronic heart failure patients complicated with ventricular extrasystole, and the effect of the combination is better.
