摘  要:目的:观察芳香化浊液体外抑制甲1型流感病毒FM1株的作用。方法:通过在细胞培养液中加入不同浓度的芳香化浊液,并设置阳性药物、正常细胞对照,观察细胞不出现病变的最小稀释浓度作为该药的无毒界限。接种甲1型流感病毒FM1株于狗肾传代细胞(MDCK),采用细胞病变抑制法观察不同浓度的芳香化浊液体外抑制甲1型流感病毒FM1株的作用。结果:芳香化浊液的最大无毒浓度为1∶16000,细胞病变抑制法检测结果显示:芳香化浊液在最小无毒浓度1∶64000时可表现为对甲1型流感病毒FM1株的完全抑制作用。结论:芳香化浊液体外能明显抑制甲1型流感病毒FM1株,且有效治疗浓度无细胞毒性。Objective: To investigate the inhibitory effect of Fangxiang Huazhuo Liquid (FHL), a Chinese medicina preparation composed of aromatic herbs and with the action of resolving turbidity on influenza A virus FM1 strain infection. Methods, The cultured MDCKcells were treated with different concentrations of FHL, and positive drug group and normal control group were also set up. The non-toxic limit of the drug was confirmed after observation of the minimal dilution concentration of the drug which could not cause pathological changes. MDCK cells were inoculated with influenza A virus FM1 strain, and cytopathic effect inhibition assay was used to observe the inhibitory effect of different concentrations of FHL on influenza A virus strain FM1 in vitro. Results, FHL of The maximum non-toxic concentration of FHL was 1 : 16000, and the results of cytopathic effect inhibition assay showed that FHL at minimum-toxic concentration of 1 : 64000 had completely inhibition of influenza A virus FM1 strain in vitro. Conclusion. FHL exerts certain antiviral effect on influenza A virus FM1 st, rain in vitro.
