摘 要:通过单矿物浮选及人工混合矿浮选试验,研究了黑钨矿、白钨矿与含钙矿物异步浮选分离。采用XPS及AAS测试手段并结合晶体化学与溶液化学分析,初步探讨了异步浮选的作用机理。结果表明,苯甲羟肟酸是黑钨矿、白钨矿与其它含钙矿物分离的选择性捕收剂,矿物可浮性顺序为黑钨矿>白钨矿>其它含钙矿物。柠檬酸可作为黑钨矿优先浮选的选择性调整剂,其选择性抑制作用在于:柠檬酸在黑钨矿表面吸附并不牢固,难以阻碍苯甲羟肟酸在其表面吸附;柠檬酸能选择性络合白钨矿与其它含钙矿物表面Ca2+离子,导致矿物表面与捕收剂作用的活性质点减少,使矿物浮游受到抑制。Based on the flotation tests for single mineral and artificial composite ores, the effective separation of wolframite, scheelite and other calcium-containing minerals by asynchronous flotation was studied. The function mecha- nism was discussed by XPS, AAS, crystal chemistry and solution chemistry analysis. The results show that, benzo- hydroxamie acid( BHA ) is a selective collector for the minerals in the following floatability sequence: wolframite 〉 scheelite 〉 other calcium-containing minerals. Citrate acid can be used as a selective regulator for wolframite preferential flotation due to its selective depression. Citrate acid can not be firmly adsorbed on the surface of wolframite, resulting in the adsorption of BHA on its surface. Meanwhile, citrate acid can coordinate selectively with calcium ions on scheelite and other calcium-containing minerals, resulting in the active points on these minerals for collector adsorption decreased, thus the floatability of these minerals depressed.
