摘 要:针对某地赤铁矿硅含量高的特点,进行了提铁降硅试验研究。采用抑铁浮脉石的单一反浮选工艺流程,使用调整剂氢氧化钠、铁抑制剂淀粉、脉石活化剂HJ、脉石捕收剂TZ33#组合药剂,获得的闭路试验指标为:铁精矿TFe品位65.67%,铁精矿中SiO2含量5.45%,铁回收率88.67%。对铁精矿浓缩脱泥可使铁精矿TFe品位提高2%左右、SiO2含量降低1%左右。Systematic study on iron increase and silicon reduction was conducted for a hematite with a high silicon. A single reverse flotation process was adoped to depress iron minerals while float gangue, with sodium hydroxide as regulator, starch as iron depressant, HJ as gangue activator and TZ33# as gangue collector. An iron concentrate with a TFe grade of 65.67% , an iron recovery of 88.67% and a silicon content of 5.45% was obtained. As for the iron concentrate, the TFe grade can be increased by 2% and the SiO2 content can be reduced by 1% with a further thickening and desliming
