摘 要:对1#、2#两种细粒度铁矿粉的造球及焙烧性能进行了研究。结果表明,1#铁精矿为以赤铁矿为主并含有少量磁铁矿的混合矿粉,而2#铁精矿为以磁铁矿为主的铁矿粉。同1#铁矿粉相比,2#铁矿粉容易生产球团矿。1#铁矿粉用于生产球团矿时,预热焙烧性能较差,需在较高的预热温度及较长的预热时间下才能获得满足链篦机-回转窑生产要求的预热球。采用润磨预处理工艺可以显著改善1#铁精矿球团预热焙烧性能,结果表明,润磨预处理后的1#铁精矿球团在适宜的预热焙烧工艺制度下,预热球的强度达到400 N/个以上,可满足未来工业生产的要求。The pelleting and roasting properties of 1 # and 2# fine-grained iron concentrate were investigated. The results showed that 1 # iron concentrate was mixed ore powder containing mainly hematite and small amount of magnetite while 2# iron concentrate mostly contained magnetite. Compared to 1 # powder, it was easier for 2# powder to form pellets. When 1 # powder was used to make pellets, higher preheating temperature and longer preheating time were required for obtai- ning preheated pellets meeting the requirements for chain grate-rotary kiln production due to the poor preheating roasting performance of the powder. Using damp milling technique can greatly improve the preheating roasting performance of 1 # iron concentrate. The results indicated that after 1 # iron eoncentrale pellets being pretreated by damp milling under an appropriate preheating roasting process system, the compression the requirements of future commercial production. strength of preheated pellets reached 400 N/P, meeting
