摘  要:介绍了一种高岭石质密封传压介质的制备工艺。该介质主要由密封材料和传压材料两部分组成,密封材料主要为高岭石,内套一传压材料白云石套环。介质外形为立方柱,规格尺寸为56 mm×56 mm×58 mm,内腔直径40 mm,套环厚度3 mm,高30mm。该介质通过配料、混料、装模、压制成型、焙烧等工序制成。经过一定时间的扩大试验,得出结论:采用该密封传压介质进行金刚石合成可以达到与传统叶蜡石质介质相当的效果。产品单产95ct(19 g),50/60目以粗晶粒所占比例达80%以上,晶形好,合成过程稳定,便于操作,而且在一定程度上可以解决我国当前合成金刚石用叶蜡石资源短缺的问题。A technique of preparing kaolinite-based sealing-pressure transmission medium is introduced. The medium consists of two parts, sealing layer and pressure transmission layer. The sealing material is mainly kaolinite which is lined inside a dolomite collar. The medium is of a cubic column shape with specifications as follows: 56 mm× 56 mm× 58 mm in body size, an internal cavity 40 mm in diameter, a ring 3 mm thick and 30 mm high. The manufacture process of the medium consists of dosing, mixing, mould feeding, press forming and roasting. Based on sealed-up tests, it is concluded that this sealing-pressure transmission medium have the same effect as pyrophyllite-based medium in diamond synthesis. The diamond product has a yield per unit of 95 ct ( 19 g) with a size (no smaller than 50/60 meshes) fraction of 80% and good crystal shape. The synthesis process is stable and easy to operate. In addition, utilization of the medium can settle the problem of shortage of pyrophyllite material used for diamond synthesis to a certain extent.
