摘 要:选用壳聚糖与透明质酸复合,采用喷雾干燥的方法制备了壳聚糖-透明质酸水凝胶微球。扫描电镜观察结果显示微球分散均匀,尺寸在1~2μm范围。微球能够在15min内达到溶胀平衡,溶胀率达30倍。体外凝血实验及动物实验结果显示该材料具有良好的止血、防粘连特性,对正常鼻粘膜无严重负面影响,其使用安全性明显优于目前临床上广泛应用的填塞型鼻用止血材料。Hemostasis is one common problem in otolaryngology.Hydrogels derived from natural proteins and polysaccharides are ideal hemostatic materials since they resemble the extracellular matrices of the tissue comprising various amino acids and sugar based macromolecules.The hydrogel microspheres based on chitosan and hyaluronic by the spray-drying method was presented in this work.Perfectly spherical hydrogel microspheres were obtained in the size range of 1-2μm.The microspheres reached the balance swelling within 15min,and the swelling ratio reached 30 times of the original.The animal test showed that there was little serious negative effect of the Chi-HA microspheres on the normal nasal mucosa.And the Chi-HA microspheres were more safety than sponge when used in packing nasal cavity.
