摘　　要：在1 6—1 8世纪的社会转型时期,英国教区教士在郡和教区等地方社会中担负了多种职责,他们既是牧养教民的牧师,又是教区管理者、医生、行善者和道德捍卫者。这一社会现实对教士与教民之间的关系产生了利弊参半的双重影响。In the transitional period of 16th-18th century, English parochial clergy took up multiple duties in local societies such as county and parish, they are not only the minister of enlightening parish- ioners, but also the parochial administers, doctors, benefactors and moral gatekeepers. The social reality had both good and bad effect on the relationship between the clergies and parishioners.
