摘　　要：介绍了我国土木工程施工的新技术与施工组织的科学管理,提出了施工技术与管理必将朝着高技术化、绿色化、生态化、工业化的方向发展,并指明了深基础工程、超高层建筑、建筑的改造与修缮技术、桥梁工程施工技术、道路工程施工技术、大跨度钢结构施工技术等未来建筑施工技术的发展重点都值得我们思考。This article introduces the new technology and scientific management of the construction organization in civil engineering construction,it puts forward the development of construction technology and management will toward to high-technicalization,greenization,ecologization,industrialization,and it also illustrates that we should focus on the development of the construction technology in the future,for instance,the deep foundation engineering,ultra-high-rise buildings,the skill of reforming and repairing,the construction technology of bridge engineering,road works,large span steel structure,etc.
