摘  要:电站开式循环冷却水泵的选型计算是在基本拟定开式冷却水系统后,根据需要的冷却水流量,计算开式水系统管路阻力,从而确定开式冷却水泵的流量、扬程的计算过程,计算结果为水泵的规范书和招标提供依据。阐述了开泵的选型计算方法,通过建立开式水系统的伯努利方程,对换热器高于开式泵中心线的情况进行了分析,得出了开式泵扬程的计算公式。并以某沿海电厂开式水系统为例,使用AFTFathom流体计算软件进行计算,应用分析的结果,得到该电厂开式水泵的选型流量和扬程,与传统计算方法相比,扬程降低较多。The aim of sample calculation to size Opened Cycle Cooling Water Pump (OCCWP) is to work out head and flux, which is needed to fix bid documents of pumps. The calculation method to size OCCWP is presented. The calculation formula of OCCWP head is also set up, after analyzing of the Bernoulli equation of opened cycle cooling water system. The AFT Fathom, which is fluid calculation software, is used to calculate the OCCWP head of a coastal power station. According to the calculation method, the head and flux of the OCCWP has been calculated, and the value of the head is lower than the one through traditional method.
