摘  要:当前的产品信息模型缺乏一致、统一的表达,尤其是语义信息没有得到全面的描述,不能满足不同设计者对产品信息模型的不同需要,另外,产品信息模型也不能描述功能信息,针对这些缺点,提出了利用本体思想从功能层、原理层和结构层3个层面来描述产品信息模型,通过本体构建软件protégé建立液压支架产品的控制本体、结构本体及架型本体等子本体,最终集成为液压支架产品的本体模型。该模型可为后续的液压支架的检索与重用等提供基础模型,更好地辅助设计人员进行产品开发,从而缩短产品开发周期。通过基于本体的液压支架产品信息建模的研究,验证了多视图产品信息建模方法的可行性,并为基于本体的产品信息描述提供借鉴的方法和经验。The current product information model is lack of consistent and uniform expression, especially semantic information has not been fully described, which bring about failing to meet different needs of different designers for the product information model. In addition, the product information model can not describe the function information. Aiming at these disadvantages, the paper proposed to use ontology to describe the product information model from the function layer, principle layer and structural layer. Such sub-ontology of the hydraulic support as control ontology, structure ontology and type ontology were constructed by ontology construction software protege, eventually an ontology model of the hydraulic support was integrated. The model could offer basic model for subsequent search and reuse of the hydraulic support, so as to shorten the product development cycle. Through studying the hydraulic support product information modeling based on ontology, the multi-view product information modeling method proved to be feasible, and provided method and experience for product information description based on ontology.
