摘　　要：指出了浮动油封在使用中存在的问题,分析了浮动油封密封与磨损机理,提出了采煤机截割部用浮动油封装配间隙的确定方法,并给出了在生产实践中保证装配间隙的具体措施,有效提高了浮动油封的使用可靠性和采煤机生产效率。The paper indicated the problems during service of the floating seal used for shearers, and analyzed its sealing and wearing mechanism. It also put forward the method of determining the fitting clearance of the floating seal used for the cutting device of the shearer, and offered the measures of ensuring the fitting clearance in production practice, which was conductive to prolonging service reliability of the floating seal and productivity of the shearer.
