摘 要:针对矿山机械传动装置中等距型面轴、孔的制造和联接理论等问题,采用解析法从理论上确定了等距型面联接件的初始接触位置,运用ANSYS在对型面联接轴进行了整体分析,并建立了轴、轮毂1/3结构的几何模型,进行了应力应变的计算与分析。结果表明,等距型面中各节点的总变形具有明显的周期性,并且离中心越远其总位移值越大。In view of the manufacture and connection theory of isometric polygonal profile connection in transmission system of mining machine, the location of the initial contact point in isometric polygonal connection parts were theoretically determined by using the analytical method, and the overall analysis of the isometric polygonal profile shaft was conducted by using ANSYS. In addition, the geometric model of 1/3 structure of the shaft and hub of isometric polygonal profile connection were set up, and the stress and strain were calculated and analyzed. The results showed that the total deformation of all nodes had a significant cyclical feature and the total displacement was greater with the more away from the center.
