摘 要:通过介绍车辆用牙嵌式离合器的基本原理,详细分析牙嵌式离合器的结合过程及状态。并对结合过程进行了阶段划分,确定了顺利接合允许速差所在的阶段;分析了牙齿顺利接合的允许速差,确定了其主要影响参数及规律;并从接触强度、弯曲强度条件及轴向操纵力3个方面,确定了牙嵌离合器的传动能力。The basic principle of the jaw clutch applied to the mine vehicle was introduced, and its engagement process and status were analyzed in detail. The engagement process was divided to several stages, and the stage allowing velocity difference when the clutch smoothly engaged was determined. In addition, the allowable velocity difference ensuring the smooth engagement of the clutch was analyzed, and main affecting parameters and laws were determined. And then, the transmission capacity of the jaw clutch was obtained from contact strength, bending strength and axial operating force.
