摘  要:通过力学性能试验和金相组织观察,并结合晶粒度检测,研究了微合金元素铌(Nb)对材质为45MnMo钢的提升机主轴性能的影响。结果表明,45MnMo钢主轴加入微量Nb元素后,晶粒细化,力学性能明显改善,解决了粗晶和冲击力不合格等问题。并通过试验给出了Nb元素的合理添加范围。The influence of microalloy element Nb on property of 45MnMo steel for main shafts was studied by combining mechanical property test, observation of metallographic structure and detection of grain size. The results indicated that after microalloying of Nb of 45MnMo steel, the grain size became smaller and the mechanical property improved obviously as well. Thus, coarse grain and undesirable impact property were avoided. In addition, suitable content range of Nb in 45MnMo steel was offered through test.
