微型钢板植骨法与单纯钢板治疗MasonⅢ型桡骨小头骨折的对比研究

摘　　要：目的观察微型钢板植骨法内固定治疗桡骨小头骨折的疗效并与单纯钢板固定进行对比。方法将入选的26例桡骨小头MasonⅢ型骨折患者随机分别采用钢板内固定植骨法14例和单纯钢板固定12例,比较两组的优良率。结果术后随访12～18个月,依据Broberg及Morrey肘关节评分标准进行功能判定,植骨法组中无差病例,未发现骨折畸形愈合及骨折不愈合病例,优良率为92.9%,单纯钢板组优良率为83.3%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微型钢板植骨法治疗MasonⅢ型桡骨小头骨折固定可靠、骨折愈合快,值得推广和应用。Objective To observe the miniplate bone graft method of fixation for the treatment radial head fractures and simple plate of comparative analysis. Methods Tweney-six cases of radial head fractures were randomized to plate fixation and france and simple plate. Results The postoperative follow-up 12-18 months, according to the Broberg and Morrey elbow score function to determine the grafting method group no difference between cases and found no fracture malunion and fracture non-healing cases. Good rate of 92.9% pure steel plate excellent group rate of 83.3%. Conclusion The application of miniplate bone graft method of radial head fracture Mason III type of internal fixation, with satisfactory reduction, reliable fixation, fracture healing advantages of rapid treatment of radial head fractures more satisfactory method.
