前列舒丸与前列安栓联合治疗慢性前列腺炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨前列舒丸与前列安栓联合治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床效果。方法选择我院慢性前列腺炎患者148例,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用前列舒丸与前列安栓联合治疗,对照组应用抗生素治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果两组治疗前主观评分与前列腺液白细胞数比较差异无统计学意义,各组治疗后均比治疗前有改善;观察组治疗后的主观评分及前列腺液白细胞数均优于对照组。两组治疗后疗效比较差异有统计学意义,观察组的疗效优于对照组。结论前列舒丸与前列安栓联合治疗慢性前列腺炎效果优于传统的抗生素治疗,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To discuss clinical effect of Qianlieshu pill with Qianliean suppository in the treatment of chronic prostatitis. Methods A total of 148 cases patients with chronic prostatitis were selected in our hospital, and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The observation group was treated by Qianlieshu pill combined with Qianliean suppository, and the control group used antibiotic treatment, compared the clinical curative effect of two groups. Results The two groups before treatment subjective ratings and prostatic fluid leukocyte count had no differences, each group after treatment improved than before treatment; the observation group after treatment of subjective score and the number of leukocytes in prostatic fluid were better than the control group. Efficacy of the two groups after treatment had a significant difference, the observation group was more effective than the control group. Conclusion Qianlieshu pill with Qianliean suppository in the treatment of chronic prostatitis effect is better than traditional antibiotic therapy, is worth to popularize in the clinical application.
