摘　　要：目的分析采用鱼际肌推拿的方法对患有桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎的患者治疗的临床效果。方法抽取70例在我院就诊的患有桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎的临床确诊病例,分为治疗组和对照组,每组35例。对照组进行常规推拿按摩;治疗组在对照组基础上对鱼际肌进行推拿。结果治疗组经过治疗后的症状改善情况明显优于对照组,治疗后病情再复发人数明显少于对照组。结论采用鱼际肌推拿的方法对患有桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎的患者进行治疗的临床效果非常明显。Objective To adopt the thenar massage method with radial stenosing tenosynovitis with clinical therapeutic effect analysis. Methods Selected 70 cases in our hospital with radial stenosing tenosynovitis of the clinically diagnosed cases, which were divided into the treatment group and the control group with 35 cases in each group. The control group patients were given routine massage; the treatment group were given on the basis of the control group the thenar massage. Results Patients in the treatment group after treatment the improvement of symptoms was significantly better than the control group, and the disease recurrence rate in treatment group was less than that of the control group patients. Conclusion The thenar massage method with radial stenosing tenosynovitis in patients under treatment clinical effect is very obvious.
