摘　　要：目的探讨剖宫产术中B-Lynch缝合术预防产后出血的效果。方法选择初产妇多胎妊娠剖宫产患者60例,随机分成研究组和对照组各30例,术中胎儿娩出后均宫体注射缩宫素20 U。研究组子宫下段剖宫产术同时行B-Lynch缝合术,对照组行传统子宫下段剖宫产术,术毕肛塞米索前列醇600μg。两组分别记录术中、术后出血量及子宫复缩情况。结果产后出血发生率、术中出血量、术后出血量、产后子宫复缩情况,研究组与对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论 B-Lynch缝合术在预防剖宫产术中及产后出血方面简单、安全,且是一种有效的外科止血方法。Objective To cesarean section in B-Lynch suture in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage effect. Methods Selection of early maternal pregnancy patients with cesarean section in 60 cases, were randomly divided into study group and control group, each group 30 cases, intraoperative after delivery of fetus were endometrial uterine contraction and 20 U injection. Research group of uterine lower segment cesarean section at the same time B-Lynch suture line, the control group with traditional uterine lower segment cesarean section, postoperative anal plug metre rope prostate alcohol 600 p.g. The two groups were recorded during and after the operation, amount of bleeding and uterine complex feeding condition. Results The rate of postpartum hemorrhage, bleeding volume, postoperative hemorrhage, postpartum uterine complex feeding condition, study group compared with the control group with significant difference （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion B-Lynch suture in the prevention of cesarean section and postpartum hemorrhage is simple, safe, and is an effective surgical hemostatic method.
