血透导管双腔双袋引流胸腔积液的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察血透导管双腔双袋引流胸腔积液的疗效。方法选择2009年12月～2011年12月入住吉安市中心人民医院急诊科的中等量至大量的胸腔积液患者45例,随机分成治疗组(n=23)和对照组(n=22)两组。治疗组采用血透导管双腔双袋引流,对照组采用中心静脉导管单腔单袋引流。比较两组胸水消失的天数、平均每天引流出的胸水总量。结果血透导管双腔双袋引流比中心静脉导管单腔单袋引流效果更好,前者每天引流的胸水总量比后者多,前者比后者胸水消失的天数少,两组间指标相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血透导管双腔双袋引流效果很好。Objective To observe the curative effect of the hemodialysis catheter double-cavities double-bags in drainaging pleural effusions. Methods Fourty-five patients who were hospitalized in the Emergency Department of the Central People＇s Hospital of JFan City from December 2009 to December 2012 and suffered from moderate to massive pleural effusions were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group included 23 patients and the contrast group included 22 patients. The pleural effusion of the treatment group was drainaged by the hemodialysis catheter double-cavities double-bags. The pleural effusion of the contrast group was drainaged by the central vein catheter single-cavity single-bag. To compare the disappearing days of the pleural effusions and the average quantity of the pleural effusions of the two groups which was drainaged every day. Results The effect of the hemodialysis catheter double-cavities double-bags was better than the central vein catheter single-cavity single-bag in drainaging pleural effusions. The quantity of the pleural effusion which was drainaged by hemodialysis catheter double-cavities double-bags was bigger than the quantity of the pleural effusion which was drainaged by the central vein catheter single-cavity single-bag. The disappearing days of the pleural effusions of the former was less than the disappearing days of the pleural effusions of the latter. The indexes between the two groups had significant differences （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of the hemodialysis catheter double-cavities double-bags in drainaging pleural effusion is good.
