体检人群人乳头状瘤病毒感染的调查与分析

摘　　要：目的了解高危型人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)在体检人群的感染情况。方法通过7000型荧光定量PCR仪,采用荧光定量多重PCR法,快速检测13种高危型HPV感染,选自体检人群筛查HPV的妇女2533人,将其分为宫颈炎组(1268人)与宫颈正常组(1265人)进行比较。结果体检人群HPV感染率为16.90%,宫颈炎患者HPV感染率为23.03%,宫颈正常者HPV感染率为10.75%,宫颈炎患者HPV感染率显著高于宫颈正常者,差异有统计学意义(χ2=67.98,P<0.01);宫颈炎组HPV感染率在各年龄段均高于宫颈正常组(P=0.0056或P<0.001),宫颈正常组在20～29岁的人群HPV感染率最高为13.04%,且随着年龄的增长呈下降的趋势(χ2=2.07,P=0.0384),而宫颈炎组HPV感染率在各年龄段差异无统计学意义。结论宫颈炎患者高危型人乳头状瘤病毒的感染率高于宫颈正常者,宫颈炎患者是HPV感染的高危人群。OBJECTIVE To investigate high risk human papilloma virus（HPV） infections in medical examination population.METHODS A total of 2533 female who participated in HPV screening were selected for the rapid detection of 13 types of high risk of HPV infections by using 7000 fluorescent quantitative instrument for polymerase chain reaction and taking fluorescence quantitative multiple PCR,those participants were divided into the cervicitis group（n=1268） and the normal cervix group（n=1265）.RESULTS HPV infection rate was 16.90% in physical examination population,23.03% in the cervicitis group,10.75% in normal cervix group,the HPV infection rate of cervicitis patients was significantly higher than that of normal cervix women,the difference was statistically significant（χ2=67.98,P〈0.01）;the HPV infection rate of the cervicitis patients at different age was far greater than that of normal population（P=0.0056 or P〈0.001）;the HPV infection rate of the normal cervix women aged from 20 to 29 years of age was the highest（13.04%） and descended as the age was increasing（χ2=2.07,P=0.0384）;the difference in the HPV infection rate of the cervicitis patients at various age groups was not statistically significant.CONCLUSION The HPV infection rate in cervicitis patients is higher than that in cervix normal women,and the women with cervicitis is high risk population.
