摘  要:目的调查连续3年住院患儿呼吸道感染病原菌变迁及药敏试验结果,以指导临床合理使用抗菌药物。方法对医院2008-2010年呼吸道感染住院患儿痰标本进行培养和药物敏感试验。结果 2008年检出病原菌12 116株,第1位是大肠埃希菌占9.8%,对氯霉素敏感率高,为98.6%;2009年检出病原菌12 793株,第1位是大肠埃希菌占8.3%,对氯霉素、亚胺培南敏感率高,为99.6%、100.0%;2010年病原菌12 902株,第1位是流感嗜血菌占9.2%,对头孢哌酮敏感率高,为100.0%。结论目前儿童呼吸道感染的病原菌以革兰阴性菌为主,临床应根据药敏结果合理用药。OBJECTIVE To investigate the variation of the pathogens causing respiratory tract infections in the hospitalized children during the 3 consecutive years and antibiotic susceptibility testing so as to guide the reasonable use of antibiotics.METHODS The sputum samples of children with respiratory infections from 2008 to 2010 were collected for the culture and drug susceptibility testing.RESULTS Totally 12 116 strains of pathogens were isolated in 2008,among which Escherichia coli ranked the first place,accounting for 9.8%,the drug susceptibility rate to chloromycetin was 98.6%;totally 12 793 strains of pathogens were identified in 2009,among which E.coli ranked the first place,accounting for 8.3%,the drug susceptibility rates to chloromycetin and imipenem were 99.6% and 100.0%,respectively;totally 12 902 isolates of pathogens were identified in 2010,among which Haemophilus influenzae ranked the first place,accounting for 9.2%,the drug susceptibility rate to cefoperazone was 100.0%.CONCLUSION Gram-negative bacteria are the main pathogens causing respiratory tract infections in children.It is necessary to reasonably use antibiotics on the basis of drug susceptibility testing.
