摘　　要：基于出口型C3I系统的实际需求和软件开发成本的考虑,提出一种新的开发思路:在保证软件系统业务规则和作业流程符合国际惯例的前提下,开发一种集成2种或多种语言环境的应用系统。与传统的软件产品相比较,这种软件产品具有国内外市场空间大、软件开发成本低以及软件性价比高等优势。Based on the actual requirement and the software development cost of the export-oriented C3I system,a new development idea is proposed.For guaranteeing the software system business rule and work flow fulfilling the international tradition,an application system for supporting several languages is developed.Compared with the traditional software system,the software system has the advantages of a bigger global market,low development cost and better performance.
