摘 要:在固相法制备的DyBa2Cu3O7-δ(简称Dy123)粉末中添加不同质量分数的银粉,经压制、烧结、渗氧制备出Ag/Dy123超导陶瓷材料;用XRD、金相显微镜对Ag/Dy123进行物相分析和显微结构测试;用摩擦试验机在室温下考察Ag/Dy123的摩擦学性能,对磨损表面形貌和元素成分进行SEM及EDXA分析。结果表明:银的添加改善了Dy123陶瓷的韧性,但没有改变其超导电性,银微粒均匀分布在Dy123基体中;添加银后Dy123的摩擦因数和磨损率减小,其中添加5%~10%的银时材料具有良好的减摩性能,而添加5%的银时材料的磨损率最低;Ag/Dy123超导陶瓷材料的减摩耐磨机制是银在基体上形成转移膜,使材料表现出良好的自润滑性能。The adding Ag power and metallographi Ag/DyBa2Cu3OT-δ superconducting ceramics were prepared by powder metallurgic method through into DyBa2 Cu3 07-δ ( Dy123 ). The structure of the synthesized samples was investigated by means of XRD c microscope. The tribological properties of Ag/Dy123 samples were studied on the friction and wear test- er at room temperature, and the worn morphology and elemental composition were analyzed by SEM and EDXA. The results show that the silver particles distribute evenly in the Dy123 matrix,which improve the toughness of Ag/Dy123 ceramics, and have no influence on the superconductivity of Dy123 ceramics. The friction coefficient of Dy123 ceramics is decreased after adding Ag power,5% - 10% Ag/Dy123 samples have good friction reducing property, and 5% Ag/Dy123 samples have minimum wear rate. The soft silver film is formed on the surface of Ag/Dy123 ceramics during friction process,and Ag/Dy123 superconducting ceramics show well self-lubricating properties.
