摘  要:柱塞副为海水泵的关键部件,其密封性能将直接影响泵的最高工作压力和容积效率。分析高压海水泵进口阀座和柱塞缸及密封座和密封刚套之间的静密封,柱塞缸和柱塞杆之间的滑动密封存在的失效问题,通过对柱塞副结构、密封形式的设计和改进,提出一种解决高压柱塞密封的方案,并通过实验验证。设计和改进后,海水泵的输出压力、流量、电机功率、容积效率均满足设计要求。Piston pair is the key ing pressure and volume efficiency. part of the sea water pump, its sealing performance will directly The failure of the sea water pump seals was analyzed, including inlet valve seat and piston cylinder, sealing seat and plunger cylinder liner, and the and piston rod. Through design and improvement on piston pair sealing structure and pressure sea piston seal was put forward and validated through dynamic sealing affect the highest work- the static seals between seal between piston cylinder form, the solution to the high the experiments. After design and improvement, the output pressure and flow, the motor power and volume efficiency of the sea water pump can meet the research goal.
