摘 要:本文采用时空同质化的方法将时间维度纳入地理空间来构建三维时空矩阵,并从空间异质性的角度考察我国各个省域的外资、经济增长对环境污染的空间交互作用及影响差异。实证结果显示:产出水平、FDI等经济行为存在着不可忽视的个体差异,这种差异导致环境污染在时间、空间分布上具有显著的异质性特征;随着时间和空间的推移,FDI对环境污染的改善作用不断增强并呈现出"东高西低"的格局;产出水平与环境污染之间普遍存在N型曲线关系,因而转变经济增长方式、提高经济发展水平已成为顺利跨越EKC良性转折点的关键所在。This paper introduces temporal axes into geographical space to build a new three dimensional weight matrix, and intend to explore the spatial effects of foreign direct investment and economic growth on environmental pollution. The empirical results show that output level, foreign direct investment and other e- conomic behaviors exist remarkably individual differences. These differences make environmental pollution show a significant characteristic of spatial heterogeneity. With the elapse of time and space, foreign funds in- creasingly improve environmental pollution, and its environmental effects also appear to be higher in the east than that in the west. The relationship between output level and environmental pollution shows a N- shape, thus transforming growth pattern and accelerating economic growth are the key to smoothly stride across well - behaved turning point of Environmental Kuznets Curve.
