摘  要:为了研究等比例的木薯渣、发酵木薯渣和常规日粮对生长鹅代谢激素的影响,试验将300只28日龄、体重为(1 142.68±50.64)g的豁眼鹅随机分为3组,分别为20%木薯渣组、20%发酵木薯渣组和常规日粮组,每组设5个重复,每个重复20只鹅,进行为期28 d的饲养试验。结果表明:生长鹅代谢激素的高低顺序为常规日粮组>发酵木薯渣组>木薯渣组,常规日粮组和发酵木薯渣组间差异不显著(P>0.05);常规日粮组和发酵木薯渣组间血清中的胰高血糖素、促甲状腺激素、三碘甲状腺原氨酸和胰岛素样生长因子含量均显著高于木薯渣组(P<0.05)。To study the effects .of equal proportion of cassava residue, fermented cassava residue and normal diets on the metabolic hormones of growing geese, three hundred Huoyan geese with the age of 28 d and weight of (1 142.68 ± 50.64)g, were randomly divided into three groups with five replicates of twenty each, including the cassava residue group, the fermented cassava residue group and the conventional diet group. The geese in the two experimental groups were fed With 20% cassava residue and fermented cassava residue in the diets, respectively, The feed- ing experiment lasted' for 28 days. The results showed that, for the metabolic hormones of growing geese, the conventional diet group was greater than the fermented cassava residue group, which was greater than the cassava, residue group. There were no significant differences between the conventional diet group and the fermented cassava residue ( P〉 0.05 ). The levels of GLU, TSH, T3 and IGF - Ⅰ in the conventional diet group and the fermented cassava residue were significantly higher than those of in the cassava residue group ( P 〈 0.05 ).
