摘  要:安自装置大量接入电网之后,对10kV备自投的动作逻辑产生了约束,当前10kV备自投装置缺乏相应的自适应投退逻辑,造成部分10kV备自投无法与安自装置配合而停运,降低了供电可靠性。对影响10kV备自投的各种约束条件进行分析,提出了三种基于不同逻辑判据的10kV备自投自适应投退策略,形成了动作逻辑图,并对各项定值的整定原则和灵敏系数进行了研究。研究了各项判据的优点和适用范围,形成了较为完整的10kV备自投自适应投退策略,并对判据在实际工程的应用作了介绍。Action logic of 10 kV automatic switching device is restrained after security automatic equipments are widely used in power grid. The present 10 kV automatic switching device is lack of self-adaption switching logic, so parts of 10 kV automatic switching device have to stop functioning, which will lower power supply reliability. This paper analyzes constraint conditions which influence 10 kV automatic switching device, puts forward three kinds of self-adaption 10 kV automatic switching device strategies based on different criterions, draws an action logic diagram and studies the rules of settings and gage factor. This paper comprehensively analyzes the advantage and available range of criterions, forms comparatively perfect self-adaption 10 kV automatic switching device strategies, and introduces the application of strategies in the actual project.
