摘　　要：目的:总结上海市闵行区吴泾医院门急诊药房处方点评的工作模式。方法:抽取本院门急诊药房2010年3月-12月的部分处方,由责任药师进行初评,就药物选择、药物剂量、给药频次、给药途径等几个方面判断处方的合理性。复评药师对初评结果进行复评,由责任药师将点评结果反馈给医师,督促其整改。结果和结论:药师在处方点评中发现了部分不合理用药情况,通过沟通,使医师更正,提高了医院合理用药水平。该项工作有利于提高药师专业水平。Objective：To summarize the work pattern of the comment in emergency and outpatient prescriptions in Wujing Hospital of Minhang District of Shanghai. Methods：Some prescriptions for emergency and outpatient from March to December in 2010 were selected. Initial comments were made by responsible pharmacists in terms of drug selection, dosage, frequency of drug application and routes of medication. Then,initial results were evaluated and commented by senior pharmacists. Finally, the evaluatlon results were fed back to the doctors for further retification. Results and Conclusion：Certain irratlonal applications of drugs were identified through prescription comments. Improvements have been made in rational application of drugs through direct communication with the physicians and rectification of errors. This work pattern could help to enhance the professional capabilities of pharmacists.
