摘 要:报道了两种邻氨基苯甲酸缩水杨醛席夫碱金属配合物的合成,并通过红外、紫外、荧光光谱及热分析对其结构和性能进行表征,确定其组成分别为Al(L.2H2O).2H2O和ZnL2,在最大激发波长光源辐射下,测定了它们的荧光性,两种配合物均能发射荧光,峰值(λmax)分别为471和526 nm;初步生物测试结果表明,两种配合物对大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均有好的抑菌活性,其中ZnL2对大肠杆菌及枯草杆菌的抑菌效果尤为明显。Two salicylaldehyde-o-aminobenzoic acid Schiff base metal complexes were synthesized, the structures and properties were characterized by IR, UV, fluorescence spec- trum and thermal analysis. The compositions of complexes were confirmed to be AI( L·2H2O) .2H2O and ZnL2. The flu- orescenee properties of eomplexes were studied by photolumi- nescenee under the maximum wavelength excitation source. Two complexes can produce fluorescence and the peak wave- length(λmax ) are 471 and 526 nm. Two complexes showed good bacteriostatie activities against escherichia cocli,withered grass bacillus and staphylococcus aureus, and ZnL2 had obivi- ous speeifieity antibacteriostatie activity to escherichia cocli and withered grass bacillus.
