摘  要:试验研究了9种絮凝剂:壳聚糖、琼脂、聚丙烯酰胺、硫酸锌、明矾、硫酸铝、氢氧化钙、硫酸铁、三氯化铁采收小球藻的效果,并对絮凝采收后的培养液重复使用情况及絮凝剂费用进行了考察。结果表明,硫酸铝、氢氧化钙、硫酸铁和三氯化铁絮凝效果较好,絮凝时间90 min,用量分别为0.8,0.8,0.5,0.3 g/L藻液时,小球藻的采收率分别达到89.7%,91.7%,89.6%和92.3%。絮凝后的培养液按1∶10接种小球藻,小球藻在硫酸铝和硫酸铁絮凝后的上清液中生长较慢;在氢氧化钙和三氯化铁絮凝后的上清液中生长较快。氢氧化钙絮凝采收小球藻的成本较低,絮凝剂费用为1.0元/kg干藻。综合考虑,氢氧化钙可作为小球藻最佳絮凝剂。The effect of nine kinds of flocculants: chitosan, agarophyte (AGAR), polyacrylamide (PAM), zinc sulfate, alum, aluminum sulfate, calcium hydroxide, ferric sulfate, ferric trichloride for the recovery of Chlorella was studied, and the reusge of nutrient solution and the agent cost after flocculation were investigated. The results showed that when fiocculation time was 90 min, floccu- lants, aluminum sulfate, calcium hydroxide, ferric sulfate and ferric trichloride was 0.8 g,0.8 g,0.5 g, and 0.3 g respectively,the recovery ratio of Chlorella could reach 89.7% ,91.7%,89.6% and 92.3% respectively. The culture after flocculation was inoculated by Chlorella(l:lO). Chlorella grew better in the supernatant of calcium hydroxide and ferric trichloride than the others. Additionally, the cost of calcium hydroxide is the lowest, which is 1.0 yuan/kg dry biomass. In Consideration, calcium hy- droxide is the optimum flocculant for algae recovery .
