医院感染病例网络直报质量分析与对策

摘　　要：目的保障医院感染病例网络直报工作质量,有利于全面了解医院感染情况,制定控制策略。方法回顾性分析医院2010年出院患者发生医院感染病历资料,统计医院感染漏报率、重报率、迟报率、缺病原学检查率及易感因素缺失率,5项指标进行整理分析。结果医院感染病例漏报率为19.2%、重报率为20.3%、迟报率为37.1%、无病原学检查率47.9%、易感因素缺失率44.5%;医院感染病例网络直报中存在对医院感染认识不清晰、诊断标准把握不确切、受医疗成本与经济效益制约和计算机操作不熟练等问题。结论医院感染病例网络直报系统,对感染的监测具有速度快、效率高、准确性好的特点,可了解医院感染发生、发展的趋势,可对全院宏观及对个案微观的定量监测,指导我们采取有效措施,使医院感染病例管理规范化、监测常规化。OBJECTIVE To ensure the quality of the network direct report of nosocomial infections so as to fully understand the nosocomial infection situation and develop the control strategies. METHODS The medical records of the patients with nosocomial infections who discharged in 2010 were retrospectively analyzed, the rate of missing reports on nosocomial infections, the rate of redundant reports, the rate of delayed reports, the rate of etiology-absence inspection,and the rate of depletion of risk factors were recorded for statistics; the 5 indexes were analyzed. RESULTS The rate of missing reports of nosocomial infections was 19.2 %, the rate of redundant reports was 20.3%, the rate of delayed reports was 37.1%, the rate of etiology-absence inspection was 47.9G, and the rate of depletion of risk factors was 44. 5% the problems such as unclearly understanding of the nosocomial infections, inaccurately grasping the diagnosis standard, being restricted by the medical ＂cost and the economic efficiency, and not skilled in computer operation existed in network direct reports of nosocomial infections. CONCLUSION The network direct report system of nosocomial infections has the characteristics of high speed, high efficiency and accuracy for the surveillance of infections~ it contributes to the understanding of the trend of the nosocomial infections and quantitative monitoring of the macro and micro cases of the patients with infections, as well as guiding us to take effective measures in order tO achieve the standardized management and normalized surveillance.
