医院保洁人员职业防护行为调查及分析

摘　　要：目的了解医院保洁人员职业防护行为的状况,探讨保洁人员职业防护行为的影响因素。方法采用自行设计的一般资料调查表、职业防护行为调查问卷,对76名医院保洁人员进行调查,然后对医院保洁人员职业防护行为情况进行统计分析。结果保洁人员所采取的职业防护行为介于"有时"与"很少"之间,总平均得分为(2.62±1.03)分,年龄、工龄、教育程度是保洁员职业防护行为的影响因素。结论保洁人员职业防护意识缺乏,保洁公司与医院应加强对保洁人员的职业防护培训与安全教育,以提高其职业防护意识,降低职业危害的发生率。OBJECTIVE To investigate the status of the occupational protection behavior of the cleaning staff in hospital and discuss the factors that influence the occupational protection of the cleaning staff. METHODS By means of self-designed general information questionnaire and occupational protection questionnaire, a total of 76 cleaning staff were investigated, then the status of occupational protection of the cleaning staff was statistically analyzed. RESULTS The level of occupational protective actions they took ranged between ＂sometimes＂ and ＂rarely＂ with the total average score of （2.62±1.03）. The age, length of service and background of education were the influencing factors for occupational protection behavior. CONCLUSION The hospital cleaning staff are lack of awareness of occupational protection. The cleaning company and the hospital should intensify the training of occupational protection so as to improve the staff＇s awareness of protection and reduce the incidence of occupational hazard.
