摘　　要：目的探讨妇科诊疗器械在消毒供应中心集中清洗与灭菌,提高器械的清洗灭菌质量,预防医院感染。方法自2009年5月-2011年7月消毒供应中心集中回收、清洗妇科诊疗器械,利用多酶浸泡、专业刷洗、高压水枪冲洗、半自动超声波加酶清洗器械,高温高压进行灭菌。结果通过规范化的流程,采用多种清洗模式清洗,集中灭菌,器械清洗质量合格率为98.0%,经物理、化学、生物监测灭菌合格率均为100.0%。结论利用手工清洗+半自动超声清洗机清洗妇科诊疗器械,通过严格的灭菌管理,器械的清洗、消毒、灭菌质量明显提高,有效控制交叉感染,确保患者安全。OBJECTIVE To research the centralized cleaning and sterilization of the medical instruments from gynecological department in central sterile supply department ,improve the quality of cleaning and sterilization of the instruments and prevent hospital infections. METHODS From May 2009 to Jul 2011, centralized cleaning and sterilization of the medical instruments from the gynecological department in CSSD was performed by multi-enzyme soaking, scrubbing the lumen with special brush, rinsing with high pressure spray gun and semi-automatic ultrasonic multi enzyme cleaning, the instruments were sterilized by high pressure and high temperature. RESULTS The qualified rate of the cieaning of instruments was 98. 0% and the qualified rates of sterilization through physiccal, chemical, biological detection were 100.0%. CONCLUSION By the means of manual cleaning and semi-automatic ultrasonic cleaning, the quality of cleaning, disinfection and sterilization can be improved significantly through strict sterilization management, cross infection being prevented, the safety of the patients being ensured.
