洁净手术室棉质无菌包保存期限的研究

摘　　要：目的延长洁净手术室棉质无菌包的保存期限,节省人力、物力和能源,提高医院的经济效益和社会效益。方法用对比的方法,对储存在普通手术室和洁净手术室无菌敷料间内的棉质试验包,做不同保存期限细菌生长时间和细菌阳性率的比较研究。结果洁净手术室存放手术包270d开始有细菌生长,普通手术室存放手术包60d开始有细菌生长,洁净手术室棉质无菌包细菌生长时间明显短于普通手术室,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论洁净手术室棉质无菌包的保存期限至少可以延长至30d。OBJECTIVE To prolong the preserved life of aseptic cotton package in clean operating rooms so as to save manpower, material resources and energy as well as elevate nosocomial economical and social benefit. METHODS The cotton package stored in common operating rooms and the clean operating rooms were compared, and the comparative study of the bacterial growth and the positive rate of bacteria during the different preserved life. RESULTS The growth of bacteria occurred as the packages were stored for 270d in clean operating rooms, and 60d in common operating rooms, the growth of bacteria on cotton sterile packages stored in cleaning operating rooms was significantly later than that in the common operating rooms, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION The preserve life of the cotton sterile packages can be prolonged to at least 30 days in clean operating rooms.
