摘　　要：目的探讨消毒供应科人员素质的影响因素与管理现状。方法分析其影响因素,实施干预措施。结果加强了素质教育、关键环节管理、规范制度流程、提升服务质量,工作执行力及服务效率明显提高。结论帮助科室人员充分认知道德慎独修养、制度依从性是医务人员自觉行为、自我约束、自我素养的最高境界;努力完善自身不足,提升工作标准、爱岗态度、防范意识,提高学科专业水平。OBJECTIVE To investigate the impact factors for the quality of personnel in sterilization and supply department as well as the status of management. METHODS The impact factors were analyzed, and the intervention measures were carried out. RESULTS The quality of education and the management of the key links were reinforced, the system process was standardized, the service quality was improved, the work execution and efficiency of service were significantly improved. CONCLUSION It is a self-discipline of the medical staff to fully aware the compliance of moral and cautious cultivation and try hard to improve themselves, dedication to position, and prevention awareness and raise the specialization level.
