摘  要:目的探讨品管圈在推进急诊科护理人员手卫生中的作用。方法运用PDCA循环,通过主题选定、拟定活动计划书,现状把握、目标设定、解析、对策拟定、对策实施与检讨、效果确认、标准化、检讨与改进等程序开展品管圈活动,比较护理人员操作前后手卫生改善情况。结果急诊科护理人员操作前后手卫生缺失率由改善前的50.5次/h下降至改善后的9.5次/h;目标达标率达139.0%;进步率达81.2%。结论通过品管圈活动,提升急诊手卫生管理质量,提高护士管理意识与解决问题的能力,促进了管理模式的改进和科室文化的形成,提高了护理人员的综合素质。OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of quality control circle on hand hygiene of the nurses in the emergency department. METHODS The PDCA circle including selecting subjects, planning activity program, grasping current situation, setting target, analzying, laying strategy, granting or examining strategy, affirming effect,standardization,examining again and improving was adopted, the improvement of the hand hygiene of the nursing staff was compared before and after the operation. RESULTS After a course management,the miss rate of hand hygiene of nurses with in the emergency department was 9.5 times per hour,less than 50.5 times per hour before the operation; the qualified rate of the hand "hygiene reached up to 139.0%, the rate of improvement of hand hygiene was 81. 2%. CONCLUSION Nursing with quality control circle can improve the quality of emergency hygiene management, the management consciousness of the nurses, the ability of handling problems, and nurse's comprehensive quality, the management mode as well as the culture in the emergency department.
