摘  要:目的了解医院2008-2010年医院铜绿假单胞菌的临床分布及其耐药性,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供依据。方法回顾性调查2008年1月-2010年12月,医院住院患者分离的1124株铜绿假单胞菌临床分布及耐药性变迁。结果 3年中分离铜绿假单胞菌主要来源于呼吸道标本,主要分布于ICU、呼吸科、结核科、神经外科等病房;铜绿假单胞菌对抗菌药物的耐药率分别为哌拉西林/他唑巴坦32.7%、阿米卡星38.6%、头孢他啶44.1%、头孢吡肟48.1%;对亚胺培南耐药率为52.5%,且呈逐年上升趋势;铜绿假单胞菌对环丙沙星耐药率为64.4%,庆大霉素耐药率为67.1%,呈逐年上升趋势。结论铜绿假单胞菌对抗菌药物保持较高耐药水平,并且耐药率逐年上升,应定期监测铜绿假单胞菌分布和耐药率,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供依据。OBJECTIVE To investigate the distribution and the drug resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa during the period of 2008--2010 so as to provide bases for the reasonable use of antibiotics. METHODS A retrospective survey was conducted for the clinical distribution and the variation of drug resistance of 1124 strains of P. aerugi- nosa isolated from the hospitalized patients from Jan 2008 to Dec 2010. RESULTS The P. aeruginosa strains isolated during the three years were mainly from respiratory tract specimens, mainly distributing in ICU, department of respiratory, tuberculosis department and neurosurgery department; the drug resistance rates of P. aeruginosa to piperacillin/tazobactam, amikacin, ceftazidime and cefepime were 32. 7%, 38. 60/00, 44. 1%, and 48. 1%, respectively; the resistance rate to imipenem was 52.5% and increased year by year; the resistance rate to ciprofloxacin was 64.4%, gentamicin 67.1%, increasing year by year. CONCLUSION P. aeruginosa isolates remain highly drug resistant, the resistance rate is increased year by year, more attention should be paid to the surveillance of the distribution and drug resistance of P. aeruginosa so as to provide bases for the reasonable use of antibiotics.
