摘　　要：三峡工程是当今世界最大的水利枢纽工程,也是治理和开发长江的关键性骨干工程,具有防洪、发电、航运、供水及生态等综合功能。介绍了近年长江防总兼顾多目标实施三峡水库汛期实时调度的做法和效果,归纳了实时调度的难点和关键点,并为下一步工作提出指导意见。The Three Gorges Project, one of the biggest water conservancy and hydropower projects in the world, is a key backbone project for harnessing and developing the Yangtze River, with multifunction of flood control, power generation, navigation improvement, water supply and ecological protection. This paper introduces the practice and effect of real time operation of the Three Gorges Reservoir that made by the Yangtze River Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters with multi purposes taken into account, summarizes the difficulties and key points in real time operation, and provides some guidance for further study and practice on real time operation.
