摘　　要：黄河水量调度管理系统的建设是在"数字黄河"工程和黄河水量调度管理应急实施方案建设的基础上,以黄河水量调度管理决策支持系统建设为核心,以信息采集、引退水工程监控系统建设为重点,建设覆盖黄河干流和重要支流及水量调度管理的现代化管理平台。在介绍黄河水量调度管理系统建设目标及主要建设内容的基础上,重点分析了系统总体结构。该系统建成后将提高黄河水资源调度的科学性和实效性。On the base of ＂digital Yellow River＂ project and implementation of emergency schemes, Water quantities regulation system of Yellow river is built, focusing on the construction of decision support system, stressing on the information collection and monitoring system construction of diversion projects. This research introduces the construction aim and content of the system and analyzes its structure. After the system complets, the regulation would be more scientific and effective than before.
