基于分形理论的区域旅游中心地规模与空间结构研究——以湖南省为例

摘　　要：旅游中心地对区域旅游的发展起着十分重要的作用,其规模和空间结构是否合理,将在很大程度上影响区域旅游发展的效益和质量。文章首次尝试运用分形理论分析区域旅游中心地的规模和空间结构,并以湖南省为例进行了实证研究。研究结果表明:采用分形理论来研究区域旅游中心地规模和空间结构是可行的;分形理论和方法是优化区域旅游中心地规模和空间结构,促进区域旅游发展的有效工具。Tourism center plays an important role in regional tourism development. Its scale and spatial structure influence the efficiency and quality of regional tourism development to a great extent. Research relating to tourism center has obtained adequate attentions of Chinese tourism scholars. A large number of studies on tourism center have been conducted since 1990s from different angles. Yet, investigations on the scale and spatial structure of regional tourism center are rare. Fractal theory developed in mid - 1970s is featured as self- similarity and scale - free property. It is very effective in revealing regularity, levels and scale invariance, which are hidden in complex natural and social phenomena. Some scholars have applied the fractal theory to the tourism area, particularly focusing on tourism landscape, tourism scenic area （point） system, tourist flow system, while studies on scale and spatial structure of regional tourism center have not appeared yet. This study is among the first attempts to apply fractal theory to analyze the scale and spatial structure of regional tourism center. It conceptualized the fractal theory models on scale and spatial structure of regional tourism center and empirically examined the model taking Hunan province as an example. The results include： （1）Tourism centers in Hunan province have apparent fractal characteristics; it is therefore feasible to apply fractal theory in the scale and spatial structure of regional tourism centers; （2）Fractal theory is a powerful tool to optimize the scale and spatial structure of regional tourism centers, and promote the regional tourism development. Fractal dimension index can accurately depict the distribution of scales and locations of regional tourism centers, and provide the optimized solutions. In addition, it is also found that the tourism center system in Hunan province is still in the infant stage without a reasonable scale structure and different areas tend to be uniformed.
