摘　　要：随着产学研用紧密结合的提出,高校的人才培养模式必须与之相契合,以形成稳定的教育体制。不同类型高校对产学研用合作教育的侧重点不同,其人才培养模式也会有差异。以南京理工大学为例,通过总结以往产学研用合作教育经验,分析了人才培养模式问题。University talent cultivation model must fit with the new concepts of close industry - education - research - application integration, so to form a valid and stable education system. Different universities have different focuses on different aspects in the industry- education -research -application chain, and accordingly have different training models. Taking Nanjing University of Science and Technology （NUST） for example, this paper analyzes past experience in industry - education - research - application integration and problems in talent cultivation models.
